The Pakistani Student Association, Arab Students United, and the Islamic Center are sponsoring a celebration of the end of Ramadan tonight at seven p.m. in Kimmel's Eisner & Lubin auditorium.
Ramadan, which concluded last week, is a month of fasting for Muslims. Eid Al-Fitr, the end of Ramadan, is a time for celebration of family, friends and blessings received during the previous year.
Tonight's event will consist of performances, eating, and relaxing.
The event, which is $5.00 for NYU Students, is open to the public. Tickets can be purchased through Ticket Central prior to the event, as well as at the door. €¢
